This is of course, the moment from the Sherlock Holmes canon, very famous in the original stories in which Sherlock Holmes is bored, makes V.R. for Victoria Regina in bullet holes in the wall; so i was trying to think of the modern equivalent, and a smiley face seems to fit the bill.
